On Satuday we were hungry, so we went to our local Frankie and Benny's New York Italian Restaurant & Bar.

We didn't eat starters because we wanted to leave space for dessert. For main course I had the Chicken Americana pizza, although I had to pick the chillies off because they give me hiccups. Caroline had the Black and Blue Burger and there was plenty of food on the plate.

As we had left room for dessert we had Blackberry & Apple Crumble, and Waffles with something on top… looked good.

Frankie and Benny’s currently have a ‘kids eat free’ offer on their website – you can print off a voucher. We don’t have any kids, but it seems like more food for nothing which is cool.

Frankie and Benny’s can be found in all good town centres, normally near a cinema for some reason.
